How do I help you reach the personal and professional goals that you have set for yourself? By using an eclectic approach that includes CBT, solution focused as well as narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and sports psychology.
I am a relational therapist with a coaching style that is direct and goal oriented. I also draw on my extensive corporate experience with deep evidenced based skills and training, all combined with the style of a coach to help you achieve your goals - both personal and professional.
I use a client centred approach - providing clarity and understanding. I start with where you are and what you want to achieve in therapy; leveraging the strengths and insights that you come with.
